30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality and reliability of our automotive garage equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, NismoMall offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
  • Equipment and accessories must be in original condition, including manuals, cables, power adapters, and original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or invoice) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your Order ID (e.g., #NSM-1045) and reason for return.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label within 24 business hours.
  3. Pack the item securely into a shipping box and affix the return label.
  4. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier drop-off location.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: NismoMall covers 100% of return shipping costs and will send an immediate replacement or issue a 100% full refund. No restocking fees apply ($0.00).
  • Customer Remorse / Discretionary Returns: If you change your mind or ordered an incorrect model, a flat return shipping fee of $5.95 is deducted from your refund. NismoMall does not charge restocking fees ($0.00).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our Phoenix facility (usually within 2 business days), we will initiate your refund to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card). Financial institutions typically reflect the credit back to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
