Order Processing Time
- Processing & Handling: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the same business day.

Shipment Tracking
Once your parcel has been picked up by our shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking number. You may also track your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please photograph the package and notify us within 48 hours at [email protected]. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund.
